Pro teams, on the other hand, require explicit invitations to join, granting subscribers access to any document shared within the team. API rate limits and usage quotas may apply. Access permissions to pro teams are managed by designated team owners and managers. Users are prohibited from abusing the API, attempting to circumvent limits, or using the platform to engage in hate speech, racism, or other unacceptable content.

To publicly share a document, the submitter must provide the necessary permissions to Relay.md to make the document publicly accessible. This includes granting Relay.md the rights to store, distribute, and display the document publicly. The submitter is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the owners or copyright holders of the document. Relay.md does not have any control over the use of documents shared publicly and is not liable for any misuse of such documents.

Relay.md uses Stripe.com to process payments for subscription fees. You will be directed to Stripe's secure website to enter your payment information when you subscribe to Relay.md. Stripe will store your payment information securely and will not share it with Relay.md.

You can choose to pay your subscription fee monthly or annually. Monthly payments are billed on a recurring basis, while annual payments are billed once per year.

Relay.md will automatically renew your subscription unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You will be notified of your renewal date and given the option to cancel your subscription.

If you cancel your subscription, your team access continue until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be refunded for any unused portion of your subscription.

Please note that Relay.md may update its pricing structure from time to time. If Relay.md does so, you will be notified of the change and given the option to cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

Relay.md values the privacy of its users and is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the service reliably.
